Cilla: Well what a lovely pair! (referring to the last couple) Now to see how the gorgeous couple from last week got on
on their trip to an Italian villa. Ladies and gentlemen…… Katherina and Petruchio!
(Enter Katherina and Petruchio and sit on the couch with Cilla)
Did you Ignite in Italy or was there a Racket in the city of Romance?
Kate: Oh Cilla … it was terrible!
Pet:We had a wonderful time and Katie darling enjoyed herself tremendously.
Cilla: (confused) Well did you enjoy your night in the villa?
Kate: We picked Italy (rolling her eyes) which is the most deserted place I have ever had the misfortune of visiting! There was only café after café along the streets. I didn't see a lot of action while we were away…
Pet: Though I am sure my darling Kate is only trying to please. I found Italy the country of romance and I got a lot of action while we were away. (grinning at Katherina)
Kate: Ugh!
Cilla: What did you think of your blind date when you first saw them?
Pet: Well I was wearing my bright blue crimpeline track suit - with flares - and by the look on Kate's face I'm sure she thought I was very dashing.
Kate: When the screen went back and I saw my blind date I started to cry and scream - He looked HIDEOUS!
Pet: When I saw Kate I couldn't say a word. I was gobsmacked, she is gorgeous.
(Katetries to hide the fact that she is flattered)
Cilla: Will I be able to get my wedding hat off the shelf any time soon?
Kate: You must be JOKING!!
Pet: In fact you can Cilla! We are planning to get married this Sunday! Kate is very happy.
(Kate looks livid but does not protest ... surpringly)
Cilla: Well well that is great luv! Have a nice time then and all the best.
(They exit during the Blind Date theme)
(Audience : Applause)
